A Motivation Campaign was organised for new Bachat Gats (Self Help Groups (SHGs)) at Diva, Dist. Thane on 26.11.2016. Around 150 women who are interested in forming new Bachat Gats attended the Workshop. Various aspects of SHG formation and information on how to start a new Self Help Group and sustain it was provided to the participants. Shri Vijay Joshi, Secretary, Swayamsiddha Foundation & Shri Samir Manchekar, Regional Coordinator provided insight into the SHG movement.
